The path of yoga:
We have specially designed our classes to bring even the least experienced from a total beginner level to a proficient practice and understanding of hatha yoga .
Each person can progress at their own pace and ALL classes are open to all levels of practitioners.

Who can do yoga?
Persons with no regular exercise as well as of any age can easily practice. Hotyoga is unsuitable for pregnant women.

I'm a total beginner what is best for me?
Hotyoga and "Yoga for all".

How many classes should I take a week ?
2-3 classes at least per week is a good start

What is the cheapest way to join?
Year "autogiro" membership lets you join all classes year round for a monthly fee.

How long should I practice for ?
Quick results have a short life. The true benefits will come after years of regular practice.

What is hotyoga?
A program of both standing and sitting asanas and pranayama done in a room at 38° C , the temperature helps to soften the muscles, it opens the pores of the skin to allow the skin to breathe deeper as well as release toxins in the body.
To get the most out of hotyoga lie down for a minimum of 15min in the yoga room before class. This acclimatises your body to the temperature to avoid "heat shock" . Doors open 30min before classes.

What should I wear for hotyoga?
The clothing should not cover your knees or elbows . Swim trunks or suits are recommended.

What do I need in a hotyoga class?
A yoga mat , a clean towel and 2 water bottles. It is best to have your own mat.

Can I shower after classes?
Yes . Remember a spare towel.

I am pregnant can I practice hotyoga ?
No Hot Yoga is not recommended for pregnant women. We have a pregnancy yoga every monday.

What is the difference between vinyasa and ashtanga yoga ?
Vinyasa is a method of smoothly mooving from one asana to another without interupting the breath. Ashtanga yoga as taught by K.Pattabhi Jois is a set sequence of asanas joinded by vinyasa.

What is yoga for all ?
An asana and pranayama class for all levels . New exercises and positions are regularly introduced.
