Info about Buying Goods and Services

1. When you buy a 5/10/20 clips card.
A clip card is a class payment system whereby each class is deducted from a set number of prepaid classes. 1 clip is usable for one class, regardless of the lenght of booked class.
Clip cards are transferable to other persons only by prior agreement with European-Yoga.
Clip cards are valid for a period of 6 months from purchase date.

2. When you buy membership
For a 3/6/12 month membership we require that as you pay the first time, you establish a regular withdrawal (fast betaling) in your own internetbank, set the frequency to monthly, for example 1. of each month
Memberships entitle holders to unlimited classes for the length of the membership. Classes on the timetable are subject to change by European-yoga.
The number of classes offered every week is subject to change according to the time of the year, public holidays and national festivals.
Memberships are not transferable, not cancellable and not redeemable.

3. When you register and book Events.
In addition no refunds will be given Except with valid doctors note (norwegian "sykemelding").
All events are entirely run at your own risk, please read the accompanying documentation for each event.

4. When you buy goods from shop, the following rules apply:
All goods are collected /posted in new condition, if you ask us send goods by post, we take no responsibility of damages.
Refunds will only be given if the item is out of stock.
Goods bought carry no guarantee other than that given by the supplier. Please enquire in advance if you have any questions.
